I saw the overlapping swirls very clearly in the dance. There were individual curves and ripples created by a single dancer’s body and created by a pair of bodies in all of the partnering work. Those individual curves created to my eyes a larger image like the ones here. Very cool!!
I found the color schemes of the pictures made me envision the dancers performing in those locations (i.e. the one with the leaves on the ground). The picture of the symbolic “wings” suggested shape and it referenced me to the choreography, if not literally than in idea. The other pictures that have images that are open for interpretation were like the piece, open to interpretation.
